Ingredients: Menthol,Black Cohosh Root Extract,Chickweed Herb Extract,Comfrey Leaf Extract,Devil's Claw Root Extract,Evening Primrose Flower Extract,Eucalyptus Oil,Horsetail Grass Extract,Avocado Oil,Aloe Vera Gel,Shea, Butter,Cocoa Butter,Arnica Oil,Glycerin,Peppermint Oil, and Phenoxyethanol
Instructions for Use:
1. Use only as directed.
2. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
3. Do not apply to wounds or damaged, broken, or irritated skin.
4. Do not bandage tightly or apply local heat such as heating pads or medicated patches to the area of use.
5. Transient burning sensation may occur upon application but generally disappears in several days.
6. Avoid applying into skin folds.
7. Apply liberally as needed for best results. You can use 3 to 4 times daily for best results.
8. For external use only.
9. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
10. Do not use if you are nursing, a nursing mother, or during pregnancy.
11. Do not apply to open wounds.
12. Discontinue if skin becomes excessively irritated.
13. If swallowed, seek medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
14. Store in a cool, dry location away from sunlight.
